This is a long email, but for good reason. We have a lot to convey at this time. Without further ado ...

Restoration of Water: Water service has been restored following planned repairs yesterday (7/23). Thank you for all of the help from near and afar: Roberto, Kathy, Chris, Gunnar, Mark, Daryl, and Andie.

Although we make every effort to prevent introduction of air into water lines, we strongly recommend taking steps to purge possible air in your line. We recommend turning on an outside hose bib slowly until your water flow is clean of air. The absence of air is indicated by a steady clear flow of water. We recommend this after any long absence as well.

A less desirable method would be to slowly turn on an indoor faucet. This is less desirable because of the potential to put excessive pressure on more sensitive plumbing components inside your homes.

Boil Water Advisory: Boil Water Advisory Remains In Effect.

You may resume using water, BUT a strict Boil Water Advisory remains in effect. We also ask watering still be limited to typical household use (showering, toilet flushing, cooking, laundry and cleaning.). Do not consume untreated water. Boil all water vigorously for at least one full minute before drinking, cooking, or brushing teeth. For more detailed information about safety please see these instructions.

Our Outlook: At this point, water samples are at the lab and we are waiting for results. We will let all customers know just as soon as we can.
