Greetings Fellow Canebrakers. 

Update on the Mooney Well Solar System.  A community solar installer and repair contact, Mr. Aaron Ross, was finally able to repair the failed solar management control device. This was done at no cost to the District as the part was under warranty. 

Mr Ross spent much time communicating with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary repair part. As it turns out, the complete control unit was replaced, not just the part needed. 

I asked Mr Ross to forward his invoice for payment to billing, to which he replied , "it's on the house."  

The District thanks Mr Ross for his time and service bringing our system back on line. The results will save the District financially with the (end of the year) true up bill with  SDGE.

Also like to thank Dean Kuns for his support on site while work was being preformed.
