Two significant leaks were discovered at two Canebrake houses in January 2023.  Both leaks were on the owners side of the water meter and caused by failed brittle black poly flexible pipe.  This pipe was used at many Canebrake houses in the past.  Therefore please be careful when digging around your meter.  You may also want to investigate to see if you have the pipe and replace it at your convenience to avoid a potentail leak.
