NOTICE WATER SHUTOFF
CANEBRAKE CUSTOMERS

Due to work being performed on the Jay and Paula Price Line, our water delivery will be temporarily disconnected (Saturday September 30th and/or October 1st). This will be for a short period of time, most likely late in the afternoon Saturday or early Sunday morning. If you notice low pressure during either day, you will know the system has been disconnected.
The work being performed consists of replacing two 3-inch delivery pipe and connecting the new Polyethylene Round Tank, located next to our old Block Water Tank. The new tank will be sanitized and the water taken in for testing before we open it to the main line. You will be notified when the new tank is bought on line. Hopefully in the coming week.
A volunteer crew will be assisting Water Manager Dean Kuns and Director, Gunnar Ramsturm both days. Their assistance is much appreciated.
Be prepared for air in the system after the work has been completed. Even though we blow- off the system prior to reconnecting, we advise opening your system slowly to rid any air that may still be in the line.
The Canebrake County Water District looks forward to completing this long-awaited project. We thank you for your patience and apologize for the slight inconvenience.
