NOTICE: Voluntary Boil Water Notice

We are pleased to report water service has been restored to the entire community. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Voluntary Boil Water Notice: Sanitary measures were used during all phases of the repair and the system has been flushed extensively. As a precaution only, we are recommending boiling water used for consumption for the next 24 hours (until 8PM Wednesday).

Thank you volunteers: Next time you see them, please offer a hearty thanks to your neighbors who've assisted throughout these past two days: Nick Gray, Hank Arenz, Kathy Steuerman, Gunnar Ramstrum, Ellyn Hae, Ron Akey, Dave Toler, and Karyn Barnett.

Restoration of Water: Although we make every effort to prevent introduction of air into water lines, we strongly recommend taking steps to purge possible air in your line. We recommend turning on an outside hose bib slowly until your water flow is clean of air. The absence of air is indicated by a steady flow of water.

A less desirable method would be to slowly turn on an indoor faucet. This is less desirable because of the potential to put excessive pressure on more sensitive plumbing components inside your homes.

Thank you.
