Dear Valued Customers,

The Canebrake County Water District (CCWD) plans to temporarily interrupt water service to a limited number of customers on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM to perform necessary system upgrades.

The approximate schedule for planned interruptions is as follows:

• 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Noon): Smoketree West branch.
• 12:00 PM (Noon) to 6:00 PM: Upward Trail branch.

Please be advised that if the branch valves do not fully close, the main line in that area will need to be shut off, which may affect a larger number of homes. While the majority of District customers should not experience a service interruption, some may notice a brief reduction in water pressure.

Additionally, please note that modifications to the system may require sanitization using safe levels of chlorine. This process is essential for maintaining our water quality standards.
