Special Meeting - Communications & Workflow

The Canebrake County Water District will hold a Special Meeting on Saturday July 12, 2025. The subject of the special meeting will be District internal Communications & Workflow. 

Please note this meeting is a different format than other meetings. Public participation will be via Zoom. The public Zoom meeting will commence at 9:00 AM. Following public comment period the Board will go into a closed session. At 4:00 PM the Board will re-open the public portion of the Zoom meeting to summarize outcomes of the meeting and allow for public comment for the second time.

We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with Zoom prior to the meeting. Since the entire Board will be participating in the meeting ourselves we will not be available to troubleshoot for community members in real time. We also recommend you sign in 5-10 minutes early in case you have connectivity issues. 

As with any Special Meeting the focus of the meeting must be narrow in scope. Public comment not pertaining to this meeting may be submitted via the District website or raised at the September regular meeting.
